General Information About E2020

Who all can attend E2020? E2020 is an event created for women called to or exploring a call to ministry.  Men are invited and welcome to attend and fully participate in all E2020 activities because we know it takes men and women working together to express the fullness of the Kingdom.

Where is E2020 being held? Our event is being held at Ridgecrest Conference Center which is just a few miles East of Asheville, NC in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.

What is the refund policy for this event? Full payment is required at the time of registration. Registration, meals, and accommodations are fully refundable or transferable to another person until midnight EST 12/6/2019. After this time, conference registration, meals, and accommodations are transferable to another person, but not refundable.

How do I view/print/modify my registration? Select the “Register/Modify Your Registration” at the top of this page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Already Registered”.  Using the email your registered with, please log in to view or update your registration information. 

Who is eligible for the discounted rate? You qualify as a student if you are currently enrolled in an academic institution where you are pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree that is preparing you for a vocation in ministry. You qualify if this is your first time attending a Wesleyan Holiness Women Clergy sponsored conference.

Is the conference site accessible? Yes. The buildings where our events are housed are wheelchair and walker accessible. Our registration system allows you to request an accessible hotel room at the conference center. 

Can I volunteer while I am at the conference? Yes! We would love to have you on our team! You will be given an opportunity to indicate your willingness to volunteer in your registration process. If you have already registered, you can go in and modify your registration.


Which airport should I fly in and out of? Asheville, NC is your closest airport and recommended by Ridgecrest Conference Center. Flying into Charlotte, NC and Greenville, SC are also options with a 1.5 hour commute to the conference site.

What are my transportation options to/from the airport?  A variety of transportation options are available. Please visit https://ridgecrestconferencecenter.org/transportation to see the most current recommendations from Ridgecrest.  Uber and Lyft are also available to and from the Asheville airport and can be scheduled ahead of time via the app.



When is check in and check out?  Ridgecrest’s standard check-in time is 4pm and this is the earliest they can guarantee access to your room. You are welcome to check at the Front Desk anytime after 12pm on 3/12/2020, and if your room is clean and ready, they will go ahead and check you in a little early.

What is the schedule for E2020? Thursday March 12th: Dinner begins at 5:15pm on Thursday and the opening session begins at 7PM. and the final session will end at 10:30am on Sunday, March 15th. 




Where do I go to check in? Once you come through the gate you will be directed to the Pritchell building- It is the main building with columns and Ridgecrest written on the front. It is hard to miss! This is the building where you will register for your room. 

Where is the coffee? Cloud’s Coffee Shop on Ridgecrest’s campus has fresh coffee at affordable prices!

Where is the lost and found located? At the Front Desk in the Pritchell Building.

Can I stay off site and just attend the event? Yes. You will need to register for the event and purchase meals. 

What if I need to leave early? Can I reserve a room for part of the time? Can I purchase meals for part of the time? Event registration includes all rooms and all meals. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer alternative packages. 

I have dietary restrictions, can those be accommodated? Yes. There will be gluten free options available at every meal. If you have more specific dietary restrictions please contact (INCLUDE INFO EMAIL HERE) so that we can do our best to accommodate your needs.  



Is there internet available onsite? Yes, there is complimentary internet for all guests. 

Do you have medical assistance on campus? Ridgecrest does not have any medical professionals on their staff.  The Safety Team can provide basic First Aid assistance, but typically if anything more than that is needed you would have to call 911. 

How many nights does the on-campus lodging package include? Our packages include 3 nights, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Please contact Ridgecrest directly if you’d like to add extra nights.  

Can I bring my child(ren) with me? Will childcare be provided? No childcare will be provided, although we will have a room for nursing mothers. Mothers are welcome to bring infants with them. Teenagers exploring a call to ministry are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian.  

Are there any resources for mothers at the conference? There will be a nursing room with places for mothers to nurse their infant and also with  accessible outlets for mothers who are pumping breast milk.  

What is there to do onsite and in the area? Ridgecrest Conference Center’s diverse outdoor recreation options are a favorite of guests of all ages. On any given day, visitors across the campus can enjoy our recreation area set against a backdrop of stunning mountains. As an added benefit to our guests, many of Ridgecrest’s recreational activities are available to you at no additional charge.  Equipment is available for guests to check out at either the main Rec Shack (near the recreation fields) or at the registration desk in Pritchell. When will exhibits be open to attendees? Exhibit spaces will be open throughout the conference. A detailed schedule will be posted closer to the event.
